Woven Palm Bracelets (Silver)

A curated collection of woven cuffs and bracelets that empower indigenous Wounaan artisans in Colombia. Each one-of-a-kind bracelet is handmade by master weavers from the tribe. Sales support the artisans, and also support cultural preservation. Many of the Wounaan have been displaced to larger cities due to violence and poverty, and continued creation of these bracelets allows them to pass on the tradition to the next generation. The jewelry is made from palm thread, copper craft wire, and sterling silver. Larger cuffs with sterling silver closures are available, as well as thin, elegant bracelets.
