What is hydrosol? Hydrosol, also known as floral water, is the byproduct of distilling  essential oils.

How do you use it? Simply spray a light mist once on your pillow, once on the underside of your sheets/blankets to help lull you to sleep. Some customers spray it on a cozy blanket while unwinding on the sofa. Others give their winter jacket a light spritz.

It also works well in other spaces where you need to remove stress, like your office space, your car, or even for reiki and meditation purposes.
